We are very honoured to be your flooring supplier. To be eligible for return, the stock need to be in their original condition & package and unopened, a 10% restocking fee is charged for return.

In the unlikely event of consumer receiving a faulty products, we will provide partial / full refund. It is customer’s responsibility to inspect the quality of the goods prior to installation. Installation acknowledges the acceptance of the material. therefore, no claims will be considered during and after installation.
