We are honoured to be your flooring supplier. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt, in their original condition and packaging, and must remain unopened. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns

In the unlikely event of consumer receiving a faulty products, we will provide partial / full refund. It is customer’s responsibility to inspect the quality of the goods prior to installation. Installation acknowledges the acceptance of the material. therefore, no claims will be considered during and after installation.
